What is the Toyota Touch programme, and what packages are available?

Toyota Touch is a specialised cleaning and maintenance programme designed to preserve the condition of your vehicle and its resale value. It offers three levels of service: Deluxe (hand wash, interior vacuuming, window cleaning and odour removal), Premium (plus underbody wash, carpet shampooing and paintwork restoration/protection) and Ultimate (plus engine bay degreasing, full shampooing of seats and carpets, and leather and fabric protection).

How often should I book an appointment for a Toyota Touch service?

It is recommended that you have your vehicle cleaned at least twice a year: ideally in the spring to remove any accumulated road salt and grit, and in the autumn to seal the paintwork and surfaces before winter sets in.
 

Are genuine Toyota products used during the cleaning process?

Yes. Each package uses only chemicals, waxes and protective agents that have been specially formulated and approved by Toyota, designed specifically for the interior and exterior materials of your vehicle.

How long does a Toyota Touch service appointment take?

The basic packages usually take between 1 and 2 hours, whilst the higher-tier packages (Premium and Ultimate) generally take between 3 and 5 hours -- or a full day's drop-off -- to allow sufficient time for deep cleaning, paint restoration and drying the interior.
